Initial call to see if we're a good fit.
 
If it's all systems go, I'll send you a proposal, with an outline of the deliverables, timescales and a quote.
 
Once the proposal is signed it becomes our Statement of Work. You'll pay a 50% deposit which will book you into my calendar.

We'll book in our project kick-off call, where we'll cover everything I need to know to get started.

Once we've agreed on the messaging strategy and brand voice I'll start writing the copy.

Once drafted I'll send you the copy in a Google document along with a video walkthrough.

I'll also send the invoice for the remaining 50% of the payment.

You'll provide feedback and, if needed, you get two rounds of revisions.

Once the copy is approved, I'll send you your final copy.

Hooray - you're ready to launch!

After the copy goes live, I'll review it to see how it's performing based on heat maps and Google analytics data.

If I think it could be doing better, we can discuss how to optimize it further.
